A regionally dominant, professional practice and fast-pace optical retailer
seeks an experienced and service oriented Optician. Selected candidate will demonstrate exceptional people skills, a passion for quality service and success in growing retail business. Strong organizational & computer skills and enjoyment of an energetic & diverse workplace is essential. Full-Time & Part-Time positions are available and ABO certification is strongly preferred.
ALL positions will work in Easton, MD (21601).

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Two years optical sales experience with demonstrated success in the sale of designer eyewear and premium lenses/ treatments
• ABO certification preferred or expected within first year of employment
• Primary role dispensing, fitting and adjusting eyewear. Some benchwork within finishing lab is expected.
• Experience with major vision insurance (VSP, EYE MED, DAVIS) & discount plans
• Strong computer skills (Compulink experience preferred)
