Ophthalmic experience a plus
Duties: answering phones, making appointments, filing, and entering information on the computer (MDOffice). Looking for someone who's personable, caring, friendly and has a pleasant phone voice-- all the standard qualities you want for staff interacting with patients. The ability to multitask; knowledge of Excel a plus. Will answer phones and make appointments; some billing & insurance. 8:00 am to 4:00 or 9:00am to 5:00 with one later night. (1 night, 11 to 7:00 or 10 to 6 and I Sat. a month 8 to 4).Paid half our lunch. No Weekends. Uniforms supplied.
