Optical Store Manager

Currently seeking an Optical Store Manager for an optical retail practice. Must have prior vision or eye glasses retail management experience.

Must have prior work experience in an optical shop.

As an optical manager, your job duties include a mix of administrative and eye care tasks, such as
Place orders for glasses and contact lenses, check and verify glasses and contact, repairs and adjustment of glasses.
Trained clients and staff on the proper wear, use, insertion of, and removal of contact lenses.
Conducted eye exams to adults and children, formulated glasses or contact lenses and referred patients for ophthalmic treatments.
Analyze and interpret customers' written optical prescription to determine the lens specifications required for glasses and/or contact lenses.
Hiring and training staff.
Managing inventory.
Processing insurance and billing.
Submitting work orders for eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Adjusting eyeglasses.
Maintaining client records.

This is a full Time Position 40 hours per week.

We Are Open Monday through Saturday - Great Hours

Excellent compensation $40,000 to 55,000 annually.
