Optometry Practice seeking Full Time office administrator

Excellent opportunity for an experienced office administrator to join a busy practice in South Florida. This would be a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Ideally, looking for someone who has had at least 3 years experience working in an optometric practice. The job responsibilities will include answering phones, emails, appointment requests, scheduling appointments, and patient check in and check out. The office administrator must be able to work with vision and medical insurance, verify, understand and communicate benefits to patients. Also, someone who has had experience reconciling insurance statements and managing accounts payable and receivable. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
